Requirement:
- Meeting with sales manager to discuss telesales strategies.
- Managing Telesales teams of minimum 10-15 nos & Meet the Quota of minimum 2-3 demos per Telesales Representative per day.
- Track & document calls and Sales leads & monitor the overall performance of Team.
- Reach out to existing & potential customers to present our product and service offering.
- Initiate the Telephonic Conversation with the potential or existing clients to generate leads or sales.
- Direct prospects and leads to the Sales team/Sales Head
