Divan Dave is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of OmniMD, a healthcare technology company he founded in 2002. Under his leadership, OmniMD has grown into a trusted provider of specialty-specific Electronic Health Records (EHR), Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, and digital health solutions serving more than 20 medical specialties.

Dave immigrated to the United States from India in 1984, holding two master’s degrees in Chemistry and Computer Science. He earned a third master’s degree in Computer Science from the City University of New York in 1986. Before founding OmniMD, he served in executive leadership at Thomson Financial Group, where he led mission-critical application development, with prior roles at AT&T, Applied Business Technologies, and Integrated Systems Management.

A pioneer in healthcare interoperability, Dave’s work focuses on FHIR and HL7 standards, AI-powered clinical workflows, telehealth, and remote patient monitoring. His vision centers on making healthcare more accessible, intelligent, and patient-centric through the integration of EHR, automation, and AI.

Dave is based in the New York metropolitan area.
