OmniMD serves 12,000+ providers who trust us with sensitive patient data. To protect those clients, we verify every applicant via company LinkedIn, website, and optional registration docs. This filters out fraudulent applications and ensures every partner in our ecosystem is a legitimate, operating business. We’ve had fake vendors apply before — this step protects everyone.
Commissions are calculated on net deal value (after discounts) and paid within 30 days of a deal closing and payment being received from the client. You can track every deal, status, and commission in real time via the partner portal. We support ACH and international wire transfers.
Yes. Many partners start as Referral Partners and upgrade to VAR or Strategic as their volume and confidence grows. Upgrades require a brief re-evaluation and an updated agreement. There’s no penalty for starting at a lower tier.
Referral and VAR partners have zero minimum commitment. Strategic Partners operate under a formal agreement that may include mutually agreed activity targets — set collaboratively, not unilaterally. We’re not interested in one-sided quotas.
All partners receive: product certifications, demo environments, pitch decks, ROI calculators, competitive battlecards, and case studies.
