Divan Dave Founded Omnimd In 2002 And Serves As Its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dave Served At Thomson Financial Group, Where He Rose Quickly To An Executive Leadership Role On A Mission-Critical Application. He Came To The US From India In 1984, Armed With Two Master’s Degrees (In Chemistry And Computer Science), Boundless Energy, And Drive. Mr. Dave Earned His Third Masters Degree, In Computer Science, In 1986 From the City University Of New York (CUNY).

Dr. Rajeev Sindhwani

Dr. Rajeev Sindhwani is a Westchester county-based cardiologist with 23+ years of experience. He completed a research cardiology fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in 1995, during which he performed critically acclaimed research in Myosin molecular biology. In 1995, he joined Beth Israel Medical Center as a clinical and interventional cardiologist. He joined the full-time faculty at Mount Sinai in 2017. Since 2000, Dr. Sindhwani has been in practice. He successfully developed a large multi-specialty medical practice, DOCS Medical Group, that grew to five offices and 20 physicians before being acquired by Mount Sinai.

Ellis R. Mirsky

Ellis has been practicing law for 45+ years in the commercial litigation, insurance coverage, and business management areas. In addition to his legal background, he holds two engineering degrees and has designed navy and commercial nuclear power plant components. Following 7 years as a practicing engineer, he worked 8 years as a lawyer with Rosenman Colin (NYC) in litigation and served 10 years as Vice President and Chief of Litigation for Combustion Engineering, Inc. ($3.5B sales) and GAF Corporation ($1B sales). Ellis managed all litigation against those companies, including scores of thousands of mass tort cases nationally and related insurance coverage litigation, major product liability, and commercial litigation. He was a co-founder of the International Policyholders Association, a participant in the Center for Claims Resources (“CCR” successor to the Wellington Group); and he founded CVCSS (a wholly-owned claim service company). Ellis founded the Network of Trial Law Firms and serves on the boards of The New York Bar Foundation and the National Kidney Donation Organization.

Pranit Nanavati

Mr. Pranit Nanavati began his career as an engineer for the Powertrain division of General Motors and holds a B.E. ’86 and M.S. ’88 in Mechanical Engineering. He graduated in law from Gujarat University in ’05 and has helmed the firm’s Intellectual Property practice since.Pranit’s engineering background allows him to deal with complex scientific inventions in Patent matters. Pranit has appeared in numerous copyright, trademark, and patent law disputes. He has presented his research before the World Intellectual Property Review, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and the National Institute of Designs (NID) and has been a lecturer at Gujarat National Law University, Nirma University, SVNIT, Auro University. He was also invited by the Judicial Academy of the High Court of Gujarat to address visiting judicial members from Bangladesh on Intellectual Property Rights.
