Divan Dave is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OmniMD, a pioneering healthcare IT company he established in 2002. With over two decades of leadership at the helm of OmniMD, Mr. Dave has been instrumental in transforming traditional care delivery into modern, data-driven digital health systems.
Before founding OmniMD, Mr. Dave served in executive leadership at Thomson Financial Group, where he led mission-critical application development. His journey from India to the United States in 1984 was fueled by academic excellence and a deep passion for technology holding two master’s degrees in chemistry and computer science, and later earning a third master’s degree in computer science from City University of New York (CUNY) in 1986.
A visionary in health innovation, Mr. Dave is a strong advocate for AI-driven healthcare transformation, interoperability and digital-first care models. His work centers on making healthcare more accessible, intelligent, and patient-centric through the integration of EHRs, revenue cycle automation, and AI-powered clinical tools.
When he is not driving innovation in healthcare, Mr. Dave is actively exploring emerging trends in artificial intelligence, remote care platforms, and the future of digital health delivery.
